Sunninghill House

The main house at Sunninghill Prep is a Grade II listed Victorian property designed by renowned local Architect firm Crickmay & Sons. Sunninghill stands alongside other historically important houses within Dorchester town centre. Built in 1893 as a family home an event at Sunninghill is like having your own private house to entertain guests.

The main house is available to hire during school holidays, evenings and weekends.

Conference and Meeting Spaces

The Sunninghill Hospitality Team will be on hand to meet, greet and direct your visitors, offering a complimentary cloakroom service and, where appropriate, catering facilities.

To help you get the most from your budget we offer both a daily delegate rate and a room only hire fee. If you have a particular requirement or specific need our Events Manager can create a bespoke hire package for you.
