Sunninghill Hall

Our hall offers a large floor space (approx. 14m x 10m) plus a stage (5.5m x 10m) complete with curtains. A projector and screen are available to hire and our sound system may also be hired*.

Inside there is a fully fitted kitchen available to hire which is suitable for most catering needs: hire also includes crockery and cutlery for 100 people.

The hall has 16 large rectangular tables 6ft x 2ft 6” and 100 folding chairs: larger parties can be accommodated please speak to our Events Manager.

The hall can accommodate up to 200 people seated in theatre style and 400 standing.

Children’s Birthday Parties

The hall is a perfect space for a child’s birthday party offering ample room internally for a bouncy castle, and also direct access to a large grass area to the rear.

The Sunninghill Hall is a great party space for grown-ups, daytime or evening!

Sports and Fitness Use

Our Hall is ideal for indoor sports: a recently re-laid wooden floor is lined for Badminton with nets supplied and we also have two full size table tennis tables available to hire. Removable window grilles make the space ideal for ball games.

The Hall is also a great space for indoor keep fit activities including firm favourites such as Zumba, Boxercise, Yoga and Circuit Training.

General Hire

The Hall is a large, bright and airy space that is flooded with sunlight during the summer months and is warm and toasty during the winter. The Hall is surrounded on two sides by mature lawn and trees and there are two doors to give access to this outdoor area.

Users have free onsite parking and by foot, it is within easy walking distance to Dorchester town centre and its many public transport options.

Suitable for many uses you can hire the Hall for a one off event or a regular weekly/monthly meeting.
