Fees

School Fees per term for Academic Year 2025-26

Our school fees are produced termly in advance and are due for payment by the first day of each term. We have three terms per academic year; Autumn, Spring and Summer. Fees can be paid via cheque, bank transfer or payment can also be made each month by arrangement with the school. Fees are reviewed annually by the Governors in the Spring term ready for the next academic year. Parents are required to give a full term’s notice to withdraw their child from school, before the start of the following term.

If you would like your child to attend Sunninghill, all parents are required to complete a Registration Form and pay a £75 registration fee for each child. Following a taster day, and if we are able to offer a place, a deposit of £100 for children starting in Nursery and £500 for children starting in Reception onwards is required to secure a place in school. This deposit is refundable upon your child leaving the school.

Discounts for pupils on tuition fees for this academic year.

Siblings:

  • 2nd child 5%, whilst both children attend
  • 3rd child 10%, whilst all three children attend
  • 4th child 20%, whilst all four children attend

Forces children:

  • All children from serving forces families are entitled to a 10% discount on tuition fees

Early Years Funding

If you are eligible for either 15 or 30 hours, please notify our school so that we can provide you with the accurate fees applicable to this category.

Annual Payment discount 

We are pleased to offer a discount of 3%. This discount does not apply to international students sponsored by Inspired Learning Group or to accounts with any outstanding historical arrears.

Sibling discounts

  • We are pleased to offer a sibling discount for families with multiple children enrolled.
  • Families with two children enrolled will receive a 10% discount on fees for the eldest child.
  • Families with three or more children will receive a 10% discount on the eldest child’s fees and a 5% discount on fees for each additional eligible sibling.
  • The youngest child is not eligible for a discount.

NHS / Armed Forces discounts

For families that work for the NHS or Armed Forces, they will receive an additional discount of 10%. Please provide evidence to obtain this.
