Little Robins Nursery – Sunninghill has been awarded the Daynurseries.co.uk Top 20 Award for the South West for the second consecutive year, recognising its continued commitment to high-quality early years education and care.

As a nursery, we have grown considerably over the past two years to meet the increasing needs of our local community, while always keeping children at the heart of everything we do. This award is a testament to the team at Little Robins Nursery – Sunninghill and the care they provide every day. Their consistent approach, warmth and attention to each child’s wellbeing help children feel secure, build confidence and thrive in their early years.
This commitment was also recognised in the nursery’s most recent Ofsted inspection (December 2025), which reported: “Children experience a warm, nurturing and highly supportive environment from the moment they join the nursery. Staff work closely with parents and carers from the outset. Staff demonstrate genuine care and kindness, modelling positive behaviour and respectful interactions at all times. Their consistent approach helps children to develop strong emotional security and trusting relationships. Children behave well and demonstrate very positive attitudes to learning. They build secure relationships and develop positive attitudes that equip them very well for later learning, including school. Children demonstrate a deep sense of belonging throughout the nursery.”
The nursery also plays an important role in the local community.
